We have several years of shipping everything from sharks and stingrays, to octopus, and corals. We have always had the same guarantee-Our animals will arrive in wonderful condition!
Our shipments will follow these rules:
- We ship on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday for next day delivery by 2pm.
- Labelled triple bagged and rubber banded to ensure no leaky bags.
- We use 1" thick formed styrofoam boxes with an outside cardboard box to ensure there is minimal temperature fluctuation and is well protected from the outside weather
- Depending on weather we may add heat packs or cold packs, but this is only in extreme weather.
- In the unfortunate time of a loss during shipping, we require an email with picture of the dead animal, within 2 hours of delivery stamp, and you will receive a credit to be used for your next purchase. Each order will be reviewed for total amount of credit at the time of the incident.
- In the unfortunate event there is a delay in the shipping company, we can not be held responsible. We can offer another piece at an extreme discount, but unfortunately no shipping company at this time offers a full guarantee on overnight shipping.
- On any replacement, you pay the actual shipping.
- If there is any problems with receiving your package by said time, immediately contact us and we try our best to help facilitate any problems with the Shipping company.
- In the unfortunate event an animal dies before shipment we will offer a credit toward another animal, but we can not offer a refund
- Once Items are purchased we will hold for a maximum of 2 weeks at which time we will have to charge a storage and growth free. we are a small shop with limited room. we know things happen but we try our best to ship orders within a couple days.
- All pictures are property of Quality Fish and Corals. At no time can they be copied, edited or used without permission
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
